Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Salesforce Lead to drive deployment governance and local adaptation of Salesforce across the PH market. You will partner with rollout teams to ensure readiness, enable users, and optimize adoption within a fast-paced FMCG deployment.

You will also coordinate UAT/SIT activities, manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and NewsPage, and lead training efforts to empower local distributors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Salesforce SME for PH Market.
• Align global processes with local market requirements in Salesforce.
• Support market deployments, go-live readiness, onboarding, and hyper care.
• Develop and execute training plans with Rollout Leads.
• Lead UAT activities and coordinate defect management.
• Ensure Salesforce integrates with DMS, SAP S/4HANA, NewsPage.
