Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) seeks a Salesforce Lead to drive deployment, governance, testing, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce across the market.

You’ll partner with deployment and rollout leads, enable users, and ensure cross‑functional alignment with SAP S/4HANA, NewsPage, and other systems to maximize platform value and business outcomes. The role emphasizes end‑to‑end deployment readiness, training, change adoption, and sustainable usage in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, or project coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Salesforce SME ensuring alignment between global processes and local market needs.
• Support market deployments, go-live readiness, onboarding and hyper‑care activities.
• Develop and execute training plans and deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Lead UAT, SIT, cutover validation, go‑live verification and hypercare.
• Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations between Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA, NewsPage.
• Manage defects, retesting and business sign‑off with stakeholders.
