Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a News Page Lead to drive deployment, adoption, and user readiness across distributors. You will partner with CD Deployment Lead, Rollout Leads, and project teams to ensure effective rollout, training execution, and issue resolution.

You will develop training plans, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, localize materials, and manage UAT, integration, and QA activities to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and learning materials.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with distributors, field teams, or large-scale deployments is an advantage.
• Experience within the CPG / FMCG industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deployment & Adoption: Coordinate with Rollout Leads to ensure successful implementation of the News Page application across distributors.
• Support distributor onboarding, go-live activities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Track implementation progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies along with the rollout teams and elevate if necessary.
• Support onboarding, go-live, and hyper care activities through effective user enablement.
