Job summary

Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. seeks a Salesforce Development Tech Lead to lead and grow our Salesforce engineering team. You will manage a six-person team of admins and developers while remaining hands-on with Apex, Flows, and LWC to deliver scalable Salesforce features for global customers.

You will drive SDLC improvements, mentor engineers, and coordinate with a USA-based team in an ET hours window, leveraging Gearset or Copado for DevOps and GitHub for source control.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
• Proven leadership of a Salesforce team (admins and developers).
• Hands-on Lightning development: Apex, Triggers, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, LWC.
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, and multi-environment releases.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Engineers, providing hands-on technical guidance and governance.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and customers in an ET hours window.
• Develop Salesforce features across configuration and code (Apex, LWC).
• Maintain best practices and refactor to declarative solutions where possible.
• Oversee release processes, source control, and multi-environment strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
