Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Salesforce with proven leadership in engineering teams delivering enterprise solutions.
Strong multi-cloud Salesforce architecture, data models, and platform security.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows; able to assess risks and champion development excellence.
Experience with enterprise integration, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Proven people-management skills including capacity planning and performance reviews.
Excellent communication to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
