Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Salesforce Lead for project-based deployments in the Philippines. You will drive global and local process alignment, partner with rollout teams, and enable user adoption through training and enablement.

You will lead UAT/SIT activities, validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA and NewsPage, and manage stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is an advantage.

Acting as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role partners closely with the CD Deployment Lead, Rollout Leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure solutions align with global standards while meeting local business needs.
