Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Salesforce Lead to oversee deployment, governance, testing, adoption and ongoing optimization of Salesforce across the market. You will act as the primary Salesforce SME, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting local business needs and driving sustainable adoption.

You will lead end-to-end deployment readiness, user enablement, and change adoption, partnering with rollout leads, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful market

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated enterprise applications.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Salesforce SME, ensuring alignment between global processes and local market requirements.
• Support market deployments, go-live readiness, onboarding, and hyper care activities.
• Develop and deliver training plans and materials in collaboration with rollout leads.
• Lead UAT, SIT, cutover validation, go-live verification, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate defect management and ensure issue resolution and retesting.
