Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Salesforce Lead to drive deployment, governance, testing, adoption, and optimization across the market.

You will be the SME, partner with deployment leads and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet global standards while addressing local needs. You will lead end-to-end deployment readiness, user enablement, and change adoption, ensuring training, support, and documentation enable maximum platform value and sustainable adoption across

Qualifications

Experience leading Salesforce implementations and rollouts.
Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
Experience leading or supporting UAT and SIT activities.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary Salesforce SME, ensuring alignment between global processes and local market requirements.
Lead market deployments, go-live readiness, onboarding and hyper care activities.
Develop and execute training plans and deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
Coordinate defect management, testing, and sign-off with stakeholders.
Ensure Salesforce integrates with DMS, SAP S/4HANA, NewsPage and other systems.
