Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Philippines seeks a News Page Lead to drive deployment, adoption, and user readiness of the News Page application across distributors. You'll partner with rollout leads and project teams to ensure effective implementation and training.

You will develop training plans, deliver train-the-trainer sessions, localize materials for markets, and manage stakeholder expectations while coordinating UAT, integration, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, change management, system deployment, or project coordination.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and learning materials.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and user adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with distributors or large-scale deployments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and adoption across distributors with rollout leads.
• Develop and execute training plans and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Localize training content for different markets and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate UAT, integration, cutover, and go-live activities with stakeholders.
