Job summary

Dayforce is a global HCM company seeking a Business Systems Analyst Associate (Salesforce L1 Support) based in Manila to provide level 1 Salesforce support, onboarding new business, and system administration tasks. You will collaborate with business owners, stakeholders and IT, and report to the IT Associate Manager for the Asia Pacific region.

The role operates during North American hours and may require APJ/EMEA shifts.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
At-least one year experience in Salesforce or RPA.
Salesforce certification preferred.
Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative configuration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 support to all end users on Salesforce.
Ensure that support service levels are maintained.
Manage the exception queue in Salesforce and ensure that cases are promptly transferred to the correct team.
Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
Manage new business onboarding onto Salesforce & RPA platform and terminating customer de-activation.
Manage Salesforce community's customer onboarding process.
Deliver the continuous training program to all members of Dayforce.
Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the business as needed.
Liaise with other members of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence on various initiatives.
The shift will be in North American hours but be prepared to work in shifts APJ/EMEA only if there's a need.
