Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator with a strong functional and business analysis background to join our team based in Manila, Philippines. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. The role involves supporting business users, gathering requirements, and ensuring the Salesforce platform runs efficiently. Ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce admin experience who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a functional point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Work with business users to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards).
  • Support user management, including creation of profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and configuration changes.
  • Conduct user training and create user guides or help materials.
  • Help ensure data accuracy through data clean-up, imports, and routine checks.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support ongoing enhancements to the platform.
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a functional/business analyst role supporting Salesforce.
  • Understanding of basic Salesforce configuration and functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, standard objects).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus but not required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
