Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our business application consulting specialists provide consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will analyse client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce applications, driving clients toward their strategic objectives.

About the Role

• Accept assignment of user stories for development in the current sprint.
• Work closely with the Functional Lead, Developer Lead/Manager, and Technical Architect to understand client requirements and solution design.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop basic Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Assist in each release cycle to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.
• Test the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Attend Agile/Scrum stand‑ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, design, code, and review development tasks.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience across platforms such as Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or others.
• Strong Salesforce development skills, including LWC/Aura experience.
• At least one Salesforce certification (excluding Admin).
• Exposure to Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visualforce.
• Ability to design, code, build solutions, and troubleshoot high‑level software and application issues.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
• Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
