Job summary

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accept assignment of user stories for development in the current sprint.
• Work closely with Functional Leads, Developer Leads/Managers and Technical Architects to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and solution design.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop application components, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.
• Test the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Provide recommendations or alternatives to align solution design with Salesforce and industry best practices.
• Execute development and build activities.
• Raise critical design changes or challenges to the engaged Technical Architect.
• Attend Agile/Scrum stand‑ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to plan, design, code, and review development tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).
• At least 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience across platforms such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Salesforce development with LWC/Aura experience and at least two Salesforce certifications other than Admin.
• Ability to solve high‑level software and application issues.
• Strong design, coding, and solution implementation skills for Salesforce applications.
• Ability to deliver within a diverse and fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
• Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
