Job summary

Thunder is seeking an Agentforce Developer in the Philippines to leverage AI within Salesforce solutions. You will build and optimize AI-driven Agentforce features, integrate Einstein capabilities, and ensure robust deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, manage projects from conception to delivery, and stay current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce in Sales & Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein and GenAI features (Case Classification, Predictive tooling).
• Hands-on with data sources, APIs, and integrations in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce demo environments for testing and training.
• Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client/project communications.
• Provide training and support, including Generative AI fundamentals.
