Salesforce Developer (LWC, Apex) – Philippines

Join Thunder as a Salesforce Developer (LWC, Apex) to support and enhance Salesforce CRM products, including all third‑party integrations, with a focus on Service Cloud.

Position Overview

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products, including all third‑party software integrations, most specifically within Service Cloud. You will take a leadership role in projects, serving as the primary point of contact for Thunder’s Customer Success Manager and clients, delegating cases to the project team, and holding each team member accountable for their performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis.
  • Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs.
  • Handle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to: user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etc.
  • Handle basic Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (e.g., AppExchange installations, Outlook integration).
  • Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development teams.
  • Collaborate with user community members to define and document development requirements.
  • Participate in reviewing business user and product requirements, and application design.
  • Provide accurate status reports to the project lead consultant.
  • Provide end‑user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
  • Serve as the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Developers.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert who can provide assistance to anyone who seeks help.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce or 7+ years experience developing for other platforms, most specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Demonstrated mastery in relational databases, object‑oriented programming, software development lifecycle, and algorithm analysis.
  • Mastery of languages such as Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, CSS, and HTML.
  • Great work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, team environment.
  • Creative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box).
  • Good problem‑solving / troubleshooting skills.
  • Time‑management and priority management skills.
  • Effective communication skills (i.e., able to translate technical requirements into business language).
  • Ability to be proactive and work efficiently and productively with very minimal supervision.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
