Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, invites applications for a Salesforce Administrator. The role covers user management, customization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and building reports and automation to support business needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business, 2–4 years of CRM experience, and Salesforce configuration expertise, with ADM201 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

Your Role:

What You Need:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation

Preferred skills/expertise

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or integrations is a plus
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader)
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
