OSF Digital is expanding its Salesforce practice in the Philippines and inviting talented Salesforce Developers to join a fast-growing, remote-friendly team. You will design, develop, test and implement Salesforce solutions for clients across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while delivering high-quality results.

The role blends project delivery with managed services support, with emphasis on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), CDP, and integrations.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and CDP concepts.
• Experience with Omnistudio and B2B Commerce is a plus.

OSF Digital's Salesforce Developers will work closely with the teams in Philippines and APAC and are responsible for the design, coding, testing and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet OSF Digital's client objectives. Support and maintenance of existing solutions will also be required within the scope of the role.

OSF Digital is looking for Salesforce Developers to join our growing Salesforce practice in the Philippines.

This role combines both project delivery and managed services support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building Salesforce solutions and working directly with clients to solve business challenges. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle while also acting as a trusted technical partner to stakeholders across multiple engagements.

In addition to Salesforce Core development, we are particularly interested in candidates with exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), customer data solutions, and modern Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform technologies.
• Build custom solutions using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Aura Components, APIs and Integrations
• Participate across the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
• Support managed services clients through enhancements, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and continuous improvements.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and communicate technical solutions.
• Assist with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations and integrations where applicable.
• Support data ingestion, customer data activation, segmentation, and customer profile use cases.
• Perform code reviews, testing, bug fixing, and deployment support activities.
• Manage multiple projects and client requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively recommending solutions.

About you:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience working in consulting, managed services, or customer-facing environments.
• Exposure to multiple concurrent projects and client engagements.
• Experience participating in Salesforce implementation and support projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce project delivery and/or managed services;
• Strong business and technology acumen with commercial awareness; Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360); Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data integrations and customer profile management, Experience/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud; Omnistudio (nice to have); B2B Commerce (nice to have)
• Prioritisation and ability to provide oversight and engagement across multiple projects;
• Amenable to work in the Dayshift (APAC Schedule)

Education / Certifications:

Certified in one or more of the following: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2, Salesforce Datacloud, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
