Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will configure users, profiles, roles, and permissions, tailor Sales Cloud and Service Cloud apps, and build reports, dashboards, and automation to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience or similar CRM role.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.

Your Role

What You Need

• Non-negotiables
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or integrations is a plus
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader)
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
