• Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Salesforce Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development and advanced knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.
• Solid grasp of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data‑driven solutions.
• Candidate must be amenable to being assigned to any of the company’s office locations: Alabang, Uptown BGC, Pioneer, or Quezon City. The work location may also change depending on business needs.
• Hybrid work set up is possible. At a minimum, reporting to the office twice a week is required. Flexibility may be needed depending on project requirements.
