Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more. You will translate business needs into scalable platform designs and guide cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CRM/enterprise architecture with at least 5+ years designing Salesforce solutions, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with Apex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of CRM/enterprise architecture experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce solution design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform) and familiarity with Marketing or CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and integration APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party and legacy systems using middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and coordinate delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Define architecture standards, data models, security frameworks, and system integration patterns using Salesforce and supporting technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into a scalable and sustainable Salesforce solution roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and governance throughout the solution lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Guide development teams (internal and external) on technical implementation, code reviews, and deployment practices.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to inform platform strategy and innovation.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Participate in solution estimation, pre-sales support, and technical proposal preparation when required.
