About the role
Tech101 Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to join our Human Resources and Training & Development team. This is a full-time position based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising comprehensive sales training programmes that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve organisational objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and driving business growth through strategic training initiatives. This position requires you to work on-site to effectively collaborate with training teams, sales departments, and senior management.
