Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in training compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine training and assessment regulations (DepEd, TESDA and industry standards).
• Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audit/documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS or compliance tracking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Training Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our training operations, ensuring that all programmes adhere to compliance frameworks whilst supporting the continuous professional development of our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and audit training programmes to ensure compliance with local and national regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and documentation for all workplace training and assessment activities
• Conduct regular reviews of training materials, assessment tools and delivery methods to verify alignment with compliance standards
• Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, certifications and assessments to support compliance audits and reporting
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure adherence to training and assessment regulations
• Identify compliance gaps and risks within training programmes and recommend corrective actions
• Provide guidance and support to training staff regarding compliance requirements and best practices
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory submissions

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in training compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of Philippine training and assessment regulations, including DepEd, TESDA and industry-specific compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple audit and documentation requirements simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with learning management systems (LMS) or compliance tracking software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify risks and implement solutions
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
