Job summary

Pilmico in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor to drive excellence across our agribusiness operations. You will collect and analyze performance data, design training programs, and lead optimization initiatives in collaboration with Feeds Sales, Marketing, and external partners.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years in sales operations or related fields, strong data skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education or Training and Development, Business Administration, Communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, or business optimization.
• Strong data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions experience.
• Certifications in analytics, training & development, or project management are preferred.

Job Description

The Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor is responsible for driving excellence and value across all business operations through performance optimization. This role serves as a key liaison, educator, and partner within Agribusiness Philippines, working with various teams, including Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, and QM, as well as external partners such as Animal Production Specialists and business customers. The supervisor will collect and analyze performance data, implement training programs, manage optimization initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, culture, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:

• Human Resources Management
• Organizational Development
• Psychology
• Education or Training and Development
• Business Administration
• Communications
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in Training & Development, Business Optimization, or Project Management is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, business optimization, or a related field.
• Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions implementation.

License/s:

• Relevant certifications in business analytics, training & development, or project management are preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for training and business development initiatives
