You will drive performance improvements across sales operations and training initiatives, collaborating with Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, QM, and external partners to align with corporate goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, instructional design, and the deployment of digital training solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, business optimization, or a related field.
• Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields; master’s or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence and value across all business operations through performance optimization.
• Serve as a liaison, educator, and partner within Agribusiness Philippines across Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, QM, and external partners.
• Collect and analyze performance data; implement training programs and optimize initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with corporate goals, culture, and business outcomes.
