Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years in training, sales, or a related role, preferably in sales & distribution.
• Ability to travel frequently across the Philippines for field work and training.
• Proven experience in engaging diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Assist in designing training materials for sales and distribution teams.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and online.
• Conduct field visits and ride-alongs with sales personnel.
• Identify training gaps through observation and data analysis.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales professionals.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain participant progress reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes.
