• Develop assessments to improve sales and customer experience.
• Create and update FAQs for organizational knowledge.
• Conduct follow-up studies to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Perform coaching for newly hired staff.
• Monitor performance of newly trained staff.
• Conduct upskill training as needed.
