KMZD GROUP is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver product knowledge, technical, process, and soft-skills training for Dealer Sales Executives. You will administer examinations and assessments and help align training with the sales process.

You will conduct dealer competitor reviews, determine training needs, and support Sales Satisfaction Index initiatives. Strong presentation, communication skills, and a drive to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in training
• Prefer knowledge of training design tools Canva and PowToon
• Prior experience or internship in sales or the automotive industry
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must know how to drive

Responsabilités

• Provide product knowledge, technical, process, and soft-skills training for Dealer Sales Executives
• Administer Dealer Sales Executive examinations and assessments
• Conduct dealer competitor review and analysis for up-to-date information on newest features and technology
• Determine training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line with the sales process
• Assist in Sales Satisfaction Index Improvement and DOS-related tasks
• Perform accreditation monitoring, technical and non-technical sales training activities for Sales Executives
