Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Training Supervisor to design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing dealers in Metro Manila. You will evaluate dealer performance, identify training needs, and collaborate with department heads to tailor training requirements.

You will manage the training budget, develop manuals and materials, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies to drive skill advancement across our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of casino games and rules.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for new and current dealers.
• Evaluate dealer performance and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements.
• Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop training manuals and materials.
• Maintain records of dealer training and certifications.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
