Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking candidates for a training facilitator role. You will conduct training sessions for new and existing sellers, design modules, and support sales performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Education, Communication, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least one year of experience in teaching or training facilitation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews at least one business process and/or related sales process and recommends improvements.
• Conducts various training sessions for new and existing sellers, including Foundation Training.
• Seller Onboarding Training and Project Rehash Sessions.
• Conducts industry research to support training modules and sales performance.
• Proposes development programs to improve seller capabilities and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build multi-functional capabilities through cross-training.
• Communicates with brokers and sellers to gather industry updates and conducts competitive scans.
• Supports employee engagement and development initiatives and ensures training completions.
• Maintains accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
