Job summary

Joneco Tech Marketing Corp in Cotabato City is seeking a Retail Sales Personnel/Technician. The position reports directly to the Branch Manager/Cluster Head and is responsible for direct selling of quality products and superior services within the branch to drive profitable sales.

As a front-line representative, you will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain store presentation while supporting administrative tasks and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual/monthly sales quota
• Aggressively solicit orders and persuade customers to buy
• Assist customers in adopting products to their requirements
• Perform product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits
• Address customer inquiries, service modifications and complaints per policy
• Inform Branch Manager of situations beyond authority
• Follow company rules and directives to maximize profitable sales
• Promote total customer satisfaction with quality service and up-to-date product knowledge
• Actively participate in promotions and provide information to customers
• Check components to complete the basic package before release
• Provide brochures/leaflets and maintain inventory/orderliness
• Introduce other products for additional sales
• Enhance corporate image as friendly, reliable front-liners
• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and leaving the store
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability
• Ensure complete and authentic documentation of customer requirements
• Entertain phone inquiries and act as telemarketer when needed

II. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager. Responsible to do the direct selling of the quality products and superior services within the branch to develop maximum profitable sales for the Company.

As company’s font liners, leads the enhancement of Company’s image by providing effective customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction at all times.

1. Selling

1.1 Responsible in the achievement of individual/monthly sales quota

1.2 Aggressively solicits orders from present and prospective customers and persuades them to purchase the company’s quality products and superior services.

1.3 Assists customers in adopting Company’s products and services to their own requirements and specifications.

1.4 Performs product demonstration showing features, advantages and benefits of the company’s product and services.

1.5 Provides useful and practical service to customers by attending to their concerns such as inquiries, service modifications and complaints in accordance with Company policy.

1.6 Advise the Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager promptly of any situations in customer handling beyond his scope of authority.

1.7 Complies with all Company rules and directives, personnel policies for the fulfillment of company’s objectives in attaining maximum profitable sales and building good company image.

1.8 Advocates total customer satisfaction to every Silicon Valley customer by providing quality service, superior products and up-to-date product knowledge.

1.9 Actively participates in all in-house and branch promotions of the company by providing appropriate and sufficient information to all customers.

1.10 Checks all components to complete the basic package before releasing to the customer.

1.11 Provides appropriate materials i.e. brochures, flyers, leaflets to customer whenever needed and maintains its orderliness and inventory at all times.

1.12 Introduces other products to customer for additional sales i.e. leather cases and other available accessories.

1.13 Enhances corporate image by projecting friendly, reliable and professional Sales Personnel as the front liners of the company.

1.14 Greets and accommodates every individual upon entering the premises of Silicon Valley and acknowledges every customer leaving the store after any transactions.

2. Administrative

2.1 Helps in maintaining the cleanliness and presentability of the store at all times.

2.2 Ensures complete and authenticate documentation of requirements and correct application data of customers before submitting to Head Office for faster and efficient processing.

2.3 Entertain phone call inquiries, complaints and acts as telemarketer of the branch whenever necessary.

2.4 Maintains harmonious relationships with co-workers and establish professional and friendly rapport with customers at all times.

2.5 Secure all stocks to avoid pilferage

2.7 Helps in inventory of the stocks

2.8 Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

OTHERS:

• Makes sure that all correspondence (letters, purchase order, etc..) that requires the attention of the head office are properly email and original copy sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time.

• Follow proper rules and regulation as set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting and Purchasing Department.

• Attending training/re-orientation when required to do so and inform person concerned when work does not permit for attending such.

• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
