Job summary

Silicon Valley Computer Group Phils Inc. is seeking a Mall Tech Sales Associate to drive sales and provide basic technical assistance for computers, laptops, phones, and printers in a busy mall branch.

You will help customers choose the right products and explain specifications, prices, and warranty terms. The role requires knowledge of computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and accessories, plus basic troubleshooting and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend products based on their needs and budget
• Explain product specifications, features, prices, and warranty terms
• Demonstrate and promote computers, laptops, phones, printers, and accessories
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Perform basic installation, setup, testing, and troubleshooting of products
• Check and test products before releasing them to customers
• Assist with basic after-sales technical concerns and warranty inquiries
• Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the branch
• Assist with inventory checking and proper handling of products
• Report defective or damaged items to the Branch Head

About the role

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; IT/Computer-related education is an advantage
• Knowledge of computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and accessories
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills

• Sales-oriented and willing to meet assigned targets
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a mall environment
