Job description

The Assistant Branch Head supports the Branch Head in managing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role is crucial in supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that the branch consistently delivers quality tech products and services that meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Head in overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for tech products and accessories.
• Supervise sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about product specifications, promotions, and after-sales support.
• Ensure proper implementation of store policies, merchandising standards, and visual displays.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics for replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and submit to the Branch Head or Operations Department.
• Oversee cash handling, documentation, and coordination with Accounting for reports and deposits.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain product knowledge and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) during the absence of the Branch Head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or sales supervision, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
