Job summary

You will screen endorsed leads, monitor pending accounts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth loan release, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all loan products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for two weeks (hotel, food and travel expenses covered).
• Able to communicate confidently—written and verbal—and liaise with all departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Screen and process endorsed leads of the assigned branch, and monitor pending accounts to support sales objectives.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
