• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, create offers and promotions, ensure targets are met.
• Identify and pursue new markets and clients, conduct sales presentations, and develop proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the HORECA sector.
• Research market trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze sales data to inform strategy.
• Oversee department budgets and report on crucial issues and performance to management.
