Job summary

The role requires four years in branch operations with managerial experience and marketing/product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or other related course is a plus.
• At least four (4) years of work-related experience in branch operations in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Work experience in a lending/financing company is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Willing to undergo two weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve targets.
• Conduct daily operational assessments to drive growth and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production and releases; update on the team’s operational status.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure delivery of quality service.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance.
• Assist the Sales Team Leader and act as Officer-in-Charge when needed.
• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
