Job summary

Linkage Web Development is hiring a Sales Team Manager to lead a lead generation team in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will coach and motivate the team, monitor performance, and drive a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.

The role requires 1–2 years in a leadership position within a BPO or fast-paced setting, with strong English communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. Onsite, night shift, Monday–Friday in Balibago.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience as Team Leader/Manager in a BPO or fast-paced setting.
Experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or sales operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and lead generators to produce quality sales opportunities.
Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity to meet quotas and KPIs.
Provide the team with call data, reports, and insights to support performance.
Track, manage, and maintain opportunities through the pipeline for timely follow-ups.
Assist with sales reporting, data management, and day-to-day operations.
Foster a positive, goal-driven, and accountable team environment.
