Job summary

Linkage Web Solutions is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to build and lead a growing sales team in Pampanga, Philippines. You will recruit, train, and drive performance while handling end-to-end sales—from prospecting to demos, negotiations, and closing deals—with direct exposure to the CEO.

The role requires disciplined leadership, strong English communication, and hands-on experience managing telesales and lead generation. Onsite, night shift, immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and achieving quotas.
• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• End-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite night shift.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Appointment Setters and Sales Representatives.
• Develop sales strategy with CEO and growth targets.
• Oversee daily sales operations and performance.
• Coach team and drive attainment of KPIs.
• Handle full sales cycle including demos and closing.
• Provide demos for high-value opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses.
• Track pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
