Job summary

8x8 in Manila is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team. You’ll be the first line of support for non-selling customer requests, coordinating with Billing, Order Desk, Renewals, Cancellations and Legal to move requests to closure.

You’ll log, track and prioritize requests in our case management system, keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, and help improve workflows and self-service resources across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and time zones.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for non-selling requests from Sales and log, prioritize, and track each one in the case management system.
• Review each request, gather details, and route to the right team (Billing, Order Desk, Renewals, Cancellations, GRC/Legal).
• Follow up with partner teams and customers until the request is resolved, keeping records current.
• Keep Account Managers, customers, and stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and other sales tools, and flag data issues.
• Share routine reports on request volume, turnaround time, and recurring issues.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve workflows, processes, and tools as volume grows.
• Build and maintain knowledge base articles, templates, and process documents for self-service.
• Support special projects such as data clean-up, process rollouts, and issue resolution.
