8x8 International Philippine Branch Office is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to coordinate non-selling requests across Billing, Order Desk, Renewals, Cancellations, and Legal. You’ll log, prioritize, route, and track requests, while keeping Account Managers and customers informed throughout the process.

You will log details in the case management system, maintain records in Salesforce, and generate routine reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM or case management system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proactive, solution-first approach and follow-up to prevent stalled requests.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Billing, Order Desk, Renewals, Cancellations, and Legal.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for non-selling requests from Sales and log, prioritize, and track each in the case management system.
• Review each request, gather details, and route to the right team (Billing, Order Desk, Renewals, Cancellations, GRC/Legal).
• Follow up with partner teams and customers until resolution and keep records current.
• Keep Account Managers, customers, and stakeholders informed with timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools and flag data issues.
• Share routine reports on request volume, turnaround time, and recurring issues.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve workflows and tools as volume grows.
• Build and maintain knowledge base articles, templates, and process docs for self-service.
• Support special projects like data cleanup, process rollouts, and issue resolution.
