Job summary

8x8 in Manila is seeking a Deal Operations Specialist to shepherd post-sales processes from signed to in service. You will validate contracts, ensure accurate pricing, enter orders, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.

You will own onboarding, API integration support, and drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and cross-functional handoffs to enable revenue recognition and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related post-sales function (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom experience preferred) is a plus.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Zendesk and order management/billing systems.
• Understanding of SaaS/usage-based billing and revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding and API Integration: Assist new customers with deploying 8x8 CPaaS Solutions; Customize and integrate CPaaS products into customer applications and workflows; Provide support for API integrations; Offer technical guidance on best practices.
• Deal Execution & Validation: Review signed contracts for accuracy; Validate pricing, terms, and product configurations; Manage approvals or escalations for non-standard terms.
• Order Processing & Systems: Enter and manage orders and costing uploads; Maintain data integrity across quoting, CRM, billing, and provisioning platforms; Partner with Finance for revenue recognition.
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Ensure deal documentation is accessible to downstream teams; Act as main contact for post-sales questions.
• Process & Governance: Identify inefficiencies, propose automation, create internal resources, contribute to SOPs and training; Track KPIs like order processing time and backlog.
• Support for Business Growth: Assist with product launches and pricing changes; Provide feedback to Product/Sales Ops/Finance; Support audits and reporting.
