Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sales Support Representative, Asia Pacific, to be based in Taguig, Philippines. You will deliver pricing and quotation support, assist with seller queries, and liaise with sales and internal teams to streamline operations.

You will collaborate with customers, support regional processes, and help establish best practices to enhance service quality across the APac region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in Sales or Sales Administration Support.
• Experience working with sales or business development teams is preferred.

Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring for a Sales Support Representative, Asia Pacific to be based in our Taguig, Philippines office. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, AP, you will play a key role in a team dedicated to supporting the Sales organization. You will streamline sales operations by providing essential support in seller queries for navigation, issue resolution, and commercial support such as quoting. This role is foundational, establishing processes and best practices for the team, while ensuring a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Your contributions will help reduce administrative workload for sales professionals and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with sales, internal operations teams, and customers, building and adopting global standards.

Your Responsibilities

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
