Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Sales Support Representative, Asia Pacific, to be based in Taguig, Philippines. You will deliver pricing and quotation support, assist with seller queries, and liaise with sales and internal teams to streamline operations.

You will collaborate with customers, support regional processes, and help establish best practices to enhance service quality across the APac region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in Sales or Sales Administration Support.
• Experience working with sales or business development teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pricing and quotation support for sales activities.
• Assist with seller queries and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Provide first-level support for internal processes and tools.
• Liaise with sales, internal teams, and customers.
• Help document and establish new processes for the region.
