• Assist international customers with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

• Navigate multiple travel reservation systems while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist international customers with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding itineraries, travel regulations, baggage policies, and payment concerns.

• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance to resolve travel-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Educational Attainment: Open to all educational backgrounds (High School Graduates, Senior High School, College Undergraduates, and College Graduates).

• Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Amenable to working onsite at Cebu IT Park.
