Job summary

You will support the Account Management team to improve effectiveness in sales activities, including on-site caravans and job fairs, and help manage onboarding progress with key contacts.

• Engagement cycles with leads via calls, SMS, and email.
• Support to improve account management team efficiency in sales activities.
• Ability to assist in on-site employer events (caravans, job fairs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain engagement cycles for all leads in the prospective client database from first contact by the Account Management team.
• Engagement cycles include call, SMS, and email communication.
• Aid in leads generation through online research of potential companies for outreach.
• Monitor status and progress of leads, updating company contacts.
• Schedule Salary Loan product presentations with company contacts and convert leads to presentations.
• Maintain and update the company onboarding monitoring, tracking onboarding stages.
• Ensure quality in communication and coordinate to move leads to product presentations.
• Organize and monitor sales activity calendars for the Account Management Team.
• Join on-ground sales activities to support caravans and job fairs.
• Assist in other sales-related tasks of the Salary Loans Group.
