Job summary

BDO Unibank in Tandag, Surigao del Sur, is seeking staff to entertain walk-in borrowers, pre-screen applications for salary loan products, and assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing efforts. You will generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met for reloan releases and loan portfolio.

Duties include processing accounts, encoding in the system, ensuring timely submission of all loan documents, and addressing client concerns with solutions.

Job description

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met for reloan releases and loan portfolio.
• Entertain walk-in borrowers and pre-screen applications in Loan Sales/Processing Office.
• Perform call-outs to prospects and borrowers.
• Assist Account Officers and Account Representatives for loan fulfillment and marketing.
• Process accounts and encode in the system.
• Ensure timely submission of all necessary loan documents.
• Address client concerns and provide solutions to their issues.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding salary loan products.
• Ensure that all loan transactions are in compliance with audit, policies, DepEd regulations and bank guidelines.
• Work with collections team to manage delinquent accounts
• Prepare and consolidate reports related to Sales.
• Perform ad hoc task as assigned by superior/management.
