Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a diligent Loan Operations Associate to ensure accurate maintenance of loan records in the ICBS Loan Subsystem and to prepare batch sheets for daily transactions.

You will service requests for statements, amortization schedules, and other loan documents, balance workstations at end of day, and support loan officers with account records while maintaining orderly files.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business course.
• Proficient in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving and numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure.
