Job summary

Deployed is seeking a Sales Support / Project Coordinator in the Metro Manila area. You will process quotes, log job details, and maintain CRM accuracy while coordinating with sales, estimating, and production to clear bottlenecks.

The role offers a flexible work arrangement with Monday–Friday hours and a flexible start time. Leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance are provided upon hire, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2+ years in sales support, office administration, or project coordination.
• Detail-Oriented: Good with numbers, reading basic project details, and double-checking work.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, sales software, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Process quote requests and log job details in CRM.

• Simple Quoting: Prepare basic, routine quotes using standard price lists when speed is needed.
• Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between sales, estimating, and production to clear bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2+ years in sales support, office administration, or project coordination.
• Detail-Oriented: Good with numbers, reading basic project details, and double-checking work.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, sales software, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for smooth team collaboration.
