Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor to lead and coach Retail Salesmen across Cauayan and Tuguegarao areas.

You will oversee field teams, drive performance, and ensure coverage and visibility of the company portfolio. Applicants should have 4–5 years in supervisory and field sales, with strong communication and people-management skills, and a valid manual transmission driving license.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Valid driving license (manual transmission) for at least a year.

Job description

Your day-to-day tasks:

• You will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.

• Supervise Field Commercial Executive, Sales Assistants in managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of company portfolio, and monitoring van salesmen's accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.

Qualifications:

You have a college degree. Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory and field sales experience with proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives. You have excellent communication skills and people management skills. You have a driving license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission.

Work Location: Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales office - Candidates should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales Office

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, no fixed schedule, but can start as early as 4:30 AM
