Responsibilities

• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Assist the manager in acquiring new accounts handling and maintaining existing accounts.
• Makes sure that the FB page is updated for any change in doctor's schedule, addition of clinic services, and other programs that can entice the readers.
• Prepares quotations & proposals for clients who are inquiring and those with the potential of being one.
• Reports every Monday regarding the activities for the past week and plans.
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
