GEMECO in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team for a leading tin can manufacturer serving Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, Century Tuna, and other major brands. The role focuses on delivering sales targets, maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, coordinating with production for stock availability, and developing the sales team.

A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity are required; a compressed Monday-to-Friday work week and

GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.

GEMECO's customers include: Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and commitment to clients on a timely manner

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with the clients

• Attend and resolve complaints and other issues with clients

• Monitor stocks and coordinate with the production department for the availability of finish good items

• Prepare and analyze collection reports, manage collection

• Lead and develop the sales team to ensure high level of performance of the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or its equivalent

• With at least 5 years of related experience in supervisory capacity

• Highly proficient in computer application

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• With proven leadership skills, a team player, highly reliable
